Flicka, Int'l Garfield, Science of Sleep

[July 30, 2006 5:05pm]
From eBay comes a low quality shot of the new poster for Flicka. The first poster had a girl riding a horse. The new one has a girl riding a horse with the gigantic head of Tim McGraw floating next to her. Or maybe that head is attached to the horse. Scary! Thanks to Julian for sending along a new Swedish ad for Garfield 2. Seems they are trying to cash in on the recent release of Superman Returns. Very peculiar. Finally, from Carteles Des Cine comes a German poster for The Science of Sleep.

Rocky Balboa

[July 29, 2006 12:45am]
It's nothing but a big title and the tag line but from Apple Movie Trailers comes a small look at the teaser poster for Rocky Balboa.

Babel, Final Crank

[July 28, 2006 6:44pm]
Thanks to Christo for passing along a small poster for Babel from Apple Movie Trailers. Also, from IONCinema comes the final poster for Crank. Rather conventional compared to the previous two posters, but I suppose they needed to be able to showcase the star and the fact that this is an action film.

Int'l Wicker Man, 13 Tzameti

[July 28, 2006 11:15am]
Thanks to JJ for sending us the Dutch poster for The Wicker Man. And what a wicker man it is! Also, we have a belated addition of one of the new posters for 13 Tzameti which combines images from two of the earlier versions. [Thanks to Luis for sending it along as well as numerous larger versions of recently added posters.]

Lucky You, Grimm Love, Arthur and the Invisibles

[July 27, 2006 12:35pm]
Thanks to Luis for sending along the poster for Lucky You from movieweb. Also, we have the rather creepy international poster for Grimm Love. That's no scalpal on the table and I seriously doubt that man is a doctor about to operate on the man lying nearby. Finally, a couple U.S. posters for Luc Besson's Arthur and the Invisibles. (Known as Arthur and the Minimoys elsewhere.)

Transformers, Surviving Eden

Santa Clause 3

[July 25, 2006 5:15pm]
Just when you thought it was safe to watch Christmas movies again, from Cinempire.com and moviemeter.nl comes the frightening poster for The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause. Yes, the only way they could've made this poster scarier was if Jack Frost was that creepy snowman from Jack Frost.

Saw III, Iron Man

[July 25, 2006 2:15pm]
From film-releases.com comes the second poster for Saw III which continues with the teeth motif. [Thanks to Will.] Also, from Superhero Hype! comes the first poster for Iron Man. [Thanks to Eli.]

[Thanks to Kevin from filmguru.net for the heads up.] Also, from CountingDown.com comes the final poster for Snakes on a Plane. After several hilariously cheesy posters this one returns to the basic design of the teaser but with a title font that tells you not to take it too seriously.

The Guardian

[July 20, 2006 10:45pm]
From movieposter.com comes the second poster for The Guardian. Certainly gives a completely different feel than the first poster. The first one seemed to just be about a couple "cool" guys striking a pose in front of  their rescue helicopter. This one may be a little too dark (could just be the image) but does a much better job of showcasing the film. More of a Perfect Storm feel to it instead of Top Gun.

Int'l Dupree

[July 20, 2006 1:15pm]
Thanks to Mike Markus for passing along the hilarious German poster for You, Me, and Dupree. from uip.de.

Material Girls

[July 20, 2006 12:55pm]
From IONCinema comes the poster for Material Girls starring the Duff sisters. The idea of having the two girls stuck waiting for the bus in a bus shelter featuring their glamour ad is good but the girls look too glamorous for it have any impact. If they were wearing casual clothes, looked less cheerful, and their hair wasn't "salon fresh" we might be more likely to believe the tagline about them going from the penthouse to the poorhouse. And what is Hilary Duff staring blankly at? Surely they could have used a better head shot.

The Reaping, In'tl Crank

[July 20, 2006 10:00am]
Thanks to Luis for passing along the very nice looking poster for The Reaping from IGN FilmForce. Also, from film-releases.com and RopeOfSilicon comes the international poster for Crank. Now that's what I call a serious heart problem! [Thanks to Will and Luis for the heads up.]

Bobby

[July 18, 2006 10:17pm]
From LatinoReview comes the poster for Bobby, directed by Emilio Estevez and starring a whole whack of big names. It may spend a bit too much space listing its 18 stars but it is still an eye-catching design. [Thanks to Nick for the heads up.]

Hollywoodland, 10th & Wolf

[July 18, 2006 3:00pm]
We just received better quality versions of the original two teaser posters for Hollywoodland as well as a brand new one featuring Ben Affleck. Nice tag line. Also, we've finally added the poster for 10th & Wolf. It has been kicking around for a number of weeks now but we missed adding it to the site. [Thanks to IONCinema, Moviepicturefilm, and Luis for passing it along.]

Waltzing Anna

[July 18, 2006 12:15pm]

The Fountain, Swedish Strangers With Candy

[July 15, 2006 9:45am]
From JoBlo comes the intriguing poster for Darren Aronofsky's The Fountain. Also, thanks to Julian for passing along the Swedish poster for Strangers With Candy. Oh, she is just so hideous!

Bandidas, Night of the Living Dead 3D, Int'l Sentinel

[July 14, 2006 11:45am]
After yesterday's addition of a Spanish-language poster of Bandidas, Luis has passed along the official Spanish poster for Bandidas as well as the poster for Night of the Living Dead 3D. Is it just me or is the coloring all wrong for the shovel Sid Haig is holding? At first glance I thought he was holding a big sausage or a slug instead of a bloody shovel. Finally, although it has already come and gone in the US, here is the Spanish poster for The Sentinel, which is just being released there.

Super Ex, Descent

[July 14, 2006 2:45am]
Thanks to Mike Markus for passing along the rather funny international poster for My Super Ex-Girlfriend from cine21.com. Also from ComingSoon.net we have the latest creepy poster for Descent as well as a look at the new lenticular poster for Spider-man 3 which alternates between the red and black costume.

Covenant, Beerfest, Bandidas, Gridiron Gang, Lower City

[July 13, 2006 3:15pm]

Int'l Ant Bully, 13 Tzameti, Borat

[July 11, 2006 1:05am]
From filmbyen.net comes the Norwegian poster for The Ant Bully. [Thanks to Jon] From CHUD.com comes another poster for 13 Tzameti. [Thanks to Luis] Thanks to Nick for sending along the small poster image for Borat. Yes, that is a poster. No obvious title or credits. If you don't know who this guy is, then you probably won't have a clue about the movie. Finally, thanks to big_red737 for passing along the poster for the Canadian Film Bon Cop, Bad Cop. Cute title!

French Snakes, Fried Worms, Employees, 13 Tzameti

[July 6, 2006 11:15am]
For those of you disappointed with the last poster for Snakes on a Plane, maybe you will enjoy the new French one. This one features Samuel L. Jackson in fighting stance and all sorts of nasty snakes. [Thanks to Johnson and blog.sina.com.tw for the image.] Next, from monstersandcritics.com comes the poster for How to Eat Fried Worms. [Thanks to Luis for the heads up.] Alas, most of these kids do not appear to be actually looking at the worms they are supposedly holding. And why not show the actual disgusting worm meals and not just different colored worms? Also, from JoBlo there are new posters for Employee of the Month and 13 Tzameti.

Factotum, Flyboys, HeartStopper, He Was a Quiet Man

[July 6, 2006 11:15am]
From CHUD.com comes the latest poster for Factotum. From ifmagazine.com comes a small poster for Flyboys. [Thanks to Faisal] From Luis comes a poster for Heartstopper and, finally, from Kinoguru.com comes the latest poster for He Was a Quiet Man.

Miami Vice, Snakes on a Plane

[July 3, 2006 11:55am]
From kino-express comes a great Russian poster for Miami Vice. [Thanks to Lee for the heads up.] Also, thanks to big_red737 for passing along a low quality image from eBay for Snakes on a Plane. But where are the snakes? Surely we must have snakes on the poster. Still, gotta love the pose that lady in front is making. She looks like she is ready to use karate on the snakes.
