Sem Feb 17 03:42:25pm sorry for a late comment, been away, early contender for worst of the year 2013, another 12 months until the impawards awards.
Artboy Jan 18 02:29:12pm why all the fuss? looks good and is a cute solve.
Jimbo Jan 18 09:55:29am This tells me the Apatow conglomerate has run out of combos/pairings.
Rhys Jan 17 08:50:20pm What is wrong with Vince's face? It looks creepy
Mortimer Jan 17 07:24:41pm This is great and here's why: this communicates what the movie will be with the least amount of information. Sure, it's not the most interesting composition, and yes, the photograph lacks any sort of dynamism. The key thing to remember is what the consumer will take away from it- 'Oh its Owen Wilson and VV from Wedding Crashers in a comedy about being an intern at a Google-like comedy. I'm sold!' There's no need for anymore graphical information then what is already there. It's a success not because it's a pretty picture, but because it gives you all the info you need.
Jon D Jan 17 04:00:06pm Shannon..Please take your meds. It's just a poster. CHILL.
Bill Jan 17 12:21:49pm It seems clear that there wasn't much to work with on this project. That said, the concept they came up with does little to communicate what this movie is about or even if it's actually a comedy. I like the tagline though.
another agency Jan 17 03:17:27am to Shannon: while i understand negativity comes with the business and is very much a foundation for the comments on this site, i think we have to make sure we don't cross certain lines - for instance calling out an agency and saying you hate them, i think this site needs to sensor those type of comments, anyone who has been in this business for half a second knows at some point ARSONAL made better comps than this but as is often the case they were not chosen and this was, your obviously not an owner of an agency because if you were, you would have a little more consideration and been through the experience of fox telling you this is what we are finishing, and guess what, i doubt you would be talking s@*t to them about how bad it was but simply waiting to see if you because you somehow managed to get through the nightmare of this job you were going to get a chance to work on wolverine. have some respect, keep it about the work and not the agency. - no i don't work at ARSONAL!
Hugs Jan 17 02:48:54am wow...everyone in this room needs a hug =)
yook Jan 17 02:35:25am Perfect Google lookalike. I like it!
Hmm Jan 17 01:43:43am I actually like it. Sure it doesn't scream mad comedy but it's clean. It's not terrible like everyone is complaining about.
Chris Jan 17 12:27:10am Ghost world?
dmc Jan 16 11:46:51pm I don't want to beat a dead horse, but the ad agency must have had their interns create this. As uncreative as can be with a boring lay-out, font, and playing on the whole Google typeface fills like a cliche. The pics of the 2 "stars" add nothing to the interest or the poster and the standard all-white background for comedies is the nail in the coffin. This teaser teases pure boredom.
Joe Jan 16 10:38:04pm Terrible. YIKES!
Fan Jan 16 07:42:28pm This is a cute poster. Y'all need to lighten up. And this didn't come from the agency I work at.
Shannon Jan 16 07:13:26pm WHAT THE... THIS IS WRONG, REALLY, REALLY WRONG!? (The question is... who's gonna search them?) ARSONAL... I HATE YOU!
not feeling lucky Jan 16 05:47:41pm blown-out, boring, and just bad.
ugh Jan 16 05:45:44pm this concept could have been soooooo much better!
I dont get it Jan 16 04:33:31pm I don't get it. They're standing there looking in one direction, and then a mouse cursor is pointing at them. I mean there's just no concept :(
Thee Jan 16 04:04:01pm Wedding crashers without the alcohol and tux.
