A poster like this is supposed to tease the film, make us interested. If you have to see the trailer to have the poster make sense then you've failed. The key art should be able to stand alone.

I have to disagree. This is a carefully selected and cropped shot that is intriguing. The fact that there's not copy that explains what the movie is about I think must have been a deliberate choice. The positioning of the title over her face makes it almost look like it's forcing her head to be pressed against the side of the poster, but her expression could be read as if she's willing. Seeing this poster made me want to search out the trailer (which is the point).
