bob Jan 28 02:19:28pm So this is a serious move but they rip of the Home Alone poster, that's just stupid.
proof Jan 25 08:17:40pm Alien boy with the big eyes!
A$AP Jan 13 11:00:01pm This turns my stomach. Not in a good way.
Yames Jan 05 06:15:05pm Would of made more sense if the boy was crying.... maybe the retoucher can add in? He/she also forgot to touch up the eyebrows, I mean they went that far, why not.
Mitkroking Dec 30 09:56:26am Creepy and Scary as Hell
BitterLemon® Dec 15 10:59:03pm Applenibble you are full of it. Want me to call out the shot number?
Matt Oct 13 11:09:40pm For such a star-powered film, this is an ambitious poster, however, I don't know if I like it.
Tadeu Oct 06 02:51:05pm Know when a poster looks ugly? so...
PX Oct 05 10:46:38am It grabs your attention. The eyes are very strong. The pic is saying there is something wrong going on; this is not just a pretty picture. The close cropping suggests a personal, stream-of-consciousness treatment rather than an action film. It's incidentally interesting how the colors (and even the fabric-grain) match the eyes. People do that with their clothing, and with gift clothing for others. But the thread-grain to iris matchup is noteworthy. Maybe that's to indicate the film is artistic, and not visually gritty. There's a flatness to the hands-face-knit space that I think may be due to cropping on a long-lens (telephoto) picture. I'd guess it's effective for its intended purpose--to grab you and pull you into a movie theater to see what he's seeing.
Ran Oct 03 09:03:37pm One of BLT's worst. Obvious retouching making everything looking eyesore.
Simple/ToThePoint Oct 03 02:29:57am Here's an idea: if people think it's fake, it's fake.
No Way Jose Oct 01 05:30:43pm Applenibble, how would you know this is the shot if this hacked up piece isn't yours? The shadows are terrible and the hands are too small. So unless the "photographer" had the actor with teeny lady hands and multiple strobes, there is no way this is "the shot". Nice try.
meg Sep 30 05:41:00pm whether it was the shot or not, there is no denying, for whatever reason, this looks somewhat fake or off in some way. maybe it is the airbrushing, or how absurdly clear and detailed the eyes are.I can't put my finger on it, but there is something unnatural about this and I am not sure if that is good or bad.
Applenibble Sep 30 01:25:10pm Love the TT. This IS the shot, hands were not stripped in - I know, stings when you think you know....
Drake Sep 30 12:51:26pm Looks so fake! Cmon BLT you can do better than this right? And way over retouched-kid looks like a painting.
Dania Sep 29 04:12:17pm Nice looking poster, except the hands look like they are too small?
jeenyus Sep 29 02:35:11pm Why not shoot a kid with his hands on his face instead of stripping in a pair of hands??? whole poster feels awkward.
koentje Sep 29 12:44:13pm I like it, ..... it's sooo simple, nice photoshop(maybe a little too much) but, still I really like it!!
gobZilla Sep 29 11:59:43am The hands are so badly placed. Kills the whole design.
Mehran Naseer Sep 29 12:00:42pm simple amazing.
Gary Sep 29 10:28:53am I like this too. Nicely done.
dmc Sep 29 10:12:13am Knowing that 9-11 is the backstory, I can't help but think his hands are symbolic, which I'm digging.
mign82 Sep 29 04:25:44am I actually like this poster. Simple, but beautiful.
Billy Goat & Master Sep 29 02:06:44am Hands please and I think its so ugly when the kerning is stretched out, all lumber jacked. The Pedigree and the names at the top get lost. Excited for this film though, the book rocked!
my hands. Sep 29 01:04:00am eek. what is wrong with the hands. would have been a very interesting poster if those hands were not placed on there so badly.
