Still say it looks like a District 9 copy, but worse. The out of focus isn't working here.

The concept is cool, the execution is terrible. Very muddy and the ship looks so fake.

What were seeing here is something, yes you can say we've seen it before, but theres something about it thats striking. Whether its being in the position of the soldier, looking up at this huge gigantic thing that no one has seen before, or maybe its just the alien ship in general. I dont know, but when you watch the TV spot for this, at the end, you see the same exact image portrayed on the poster, and it gets you excited for the film. Not bad. B-

Looking at the trailer, the ship is rising from the ground, not falling to it- I don't know that the poster is necessarily giving away a victorious ending. But it does bring up the point that it's a very static image for what looks to be a frenetic actioner.

Horrible, just... just horrible. Why would you want to show the giant ship getting destroyed on the 1-sheet? The poster is pretty much saying this is what happens in the end. Also the color palette is all over the place.
