I can tell he's pulling skin off of his hand...but what is that next to his hands? It looks like a skull..Arggh! It's driving me crazy not knowing.

A movie poster should keep you guessing and wanting more...not wondering what the heck you're staring at.

It's interesting but it takes way too long to understand. And after all that is said I still don't get what I'm looking at.

When this poster was first released I had no clue what I was looking at. I just this minute read the IMPs comment on this poster for the awards, and suddenly I saw what it was and it was clear as day. It is an image of Ben Foster where he rips the skin/material off himself after he comes out of the Hypersleep Chamber. You can see his facial features barely in the top left corner.
