i think a more complicated font would have been too busy. with all the action in the poster a crazy font would have been too much
i think the simple grey to white gradient was perfect.

Fantastic, great concept, one of the best designs of the year so far! Just wish they could've done something a nicer with the title font than a simple gradient fill.
