| Jimm | 05-21-2008 17:57 [E,W] | This must be a hard poster to do. The studios
probably want to show aggression and anger and to make
the hulk look badass and dangerous. To me though, he
just looks goofy and it is hard to take him seriously. I will
give credit to the designer though. All you can do is
make the lighting, colors and layout cool, which they are.
Not entirely sure 'the incredible' reads well over HULK but
again, cool colors and atmosphere. | | jared | 05-21-2008 20:35 [E,W] | | I'm not buying the hulk campaign. If so much of the advertising for the movie was going to be based off of showing the Hulk in his entire form, they should have made sure he didn't look so animated. They should have been more creative in the ads revealing the hulk and let the dissapointment come after people bought their tickets. | | freckles | 05-21-2008 21:49 [E,W] | | yeah, a hulk poster should be more rough, this one looks more 'elegant' than badass because of the lighting.. they should've done something like the dark knight poster, like with the sparks and everything, wreckage everywhere, anything that indicates destruction | | pako | 05-21-2008 22:18 [E,W] | as hated as the hulk movie was...you have to admitt the poster was pretty smart
unlike this one
| | some guy | 05-21-2008 23:19 [E,W] | the movie comes out on june 13, today is may 21. =)
so the movie comes out in less than a month, and we have two boring posters, ugh, damnit make people excited for this movie, take the dark knight for example, the movie comes out on july 18 and we gotten i guess 10 awesome posters, so i'll say this again to take hulk seroius and make some good posters damnit, simple as that =) | | Mark | 05-26-2008 09:31 [E,W] | | This sort of satisfies me. The teaser poster was, if not awful, at least inappropriately controlled for a movie about raging monsters. This one ramps up the energy somewhat, but as a previous comment stated, it still feels too reined-in. | | Vocal | 05-27-2008 17:13 [E,W] | | I've never seen Rob Lowe look so angry. |
