| | Adam in Pensacola FL | 06-28-2006 17:40 [E,W] | | I'm all for great poster design but there's a fine line between blazing new trails and being distasteful... let the people who go to the movie see it all, not the little old grandma' standing in line for the next Pixar flick. |
| | justeen | 06-28-2006 17:39 [E,W] | ok, enough with this concept. can't they come up with something
different. what next, four fingernails laying on the ground for SAW 4
tired... |
| | Monkeyman | 06-29-2006 01:35 [E,W] | I find THIS teaser poster to be quite fetching.
It's different from having the severed fingers, it certainly takes a new twist and turn to it.
And just seeing this poster alone, I'm actually curious now for what they have in store for SAW III |
| | Conan | 06-29-2006 03:50 [E,W] | | I love it! I have liked all the Saw movie posters so far. They do need to come up with something new, but it is still a good poster. |
| | sallyb | 06-28-2006 20:33 [E,W] | | oh another Saw Poster.. how original......... |
| | andreas | 06-28-2006 21:11 [E,W] | | try to think of something else... this idea is played out. |
| | Poster Pete | 06-30-2006 01:33 [E,W] | | the SAW trilogy posters are completely original concepts that extend far beyond the stereotypical horror movie posters we're used to seeing. nicely done! |
| | Joe from L.A. | 06-29-2006 17:44 [E,W] | | From a vendor point of view the poster is not only innovative but unique, I don't understand how this idea has been 'played out' personally I have never seen a poster like it or remotely close in appearance. Apparently the studio wants to attract the same audience as the previous 2 movies, why put the SAW franchise in jeopardy? very well executed. |
| | Fakel | 06-30-2006 16:20 [E,W] | | Just perfect, especially the teeth. Well done for designer. |
| | Will | 07-03-2006 12:20 [E,W] | | Very interesting and definitely brings out the gruesome feel of SAW. This isn't a PG13 Teen slasher. These movies are made for those who love Horror Movies! I'm actually tired of seeing the 5 teens with scared looks on their faces and the usual cleavage on a horror movie poster. If anything is overused, it's sticking cleavage on a horror poster to sell the movie. Nice work. |
| | Eric in Vegas | 07-07-2006 00:01 [E,W] | | It goes well with what they have already established the SAW films are all about. Fans of the series should love it. |
| | Alphonsus | 07-26-2006 13:05 [E,W] | | wow that was SCARY well big ups to you all i`m loooking forward to more scary stuff from y`all |
| | Stuie | 06-29-2006 10:46 [E,W] | | How about a little originality? It's the same as the last two. It's boring already. Move on. |
| | Catman | 06-30-2006 08:08 [E,W] | | Personally I think it's just OK. If they do this for the next movie, however, I am going to scream for a way different reason. |
| | fennis2000 | 08-16-2006 15:14 [E,W] | | Very nice, and clever. As far as the concept being tired, I'll take this kind of recurring theme (it IS the third in a franchise, haters!) over the same air-brushed glamour shots of Tom, Nicole, and Nicolas Cage. Horror movies are keeping movie poster design alive. |
| | Wally | 07-02-2006 18:23 [E,W] | | Excelent. Just perfect in evry way. Efficient, masterfull and definetly an eye catcher. |
