Digital Creative Director
The Creative Director will lead our design team on digital, integrated 360,
and social projects for the entertainment and brand industries. The CD will
oversee and manage the creative staff in all phases of the creative process.
The CD will work with the team to build presentations that continually push
the level of design for our company and our clients. We expect the CD to lead
by example, developing creative concepts and executions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 3+ years experience in the entertainment industry
- Management experience preferred
- Expertise in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong conceptual thinking
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong video motion skills
- Strong typography skills
- Ability to direct shoots
- Attention to detail and follow through
- Scope design phases of projects accurately and efficiently as well as actively lead brainstorms, critiques, and participate in pitch meetings
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to clients in person or remotely
- Research and follow current trends in order to stay ahead and bring new, innovative ideas to the table
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Driven to define the look and feel of entertainment online in various mediums (banner campaigns, social creative content, OOH space, motion posters, mobile, etc.)
