Seeking a Midweight-Senior Designer role in an award-winning London creative Agency? Love the film and entertainment industry? Are we what you are looking for?

At All City Media, we are a fast paced, boutique, creative agency in the Entertainment Industry with clients from L.A to Auckland. We’re currently looking for a talented Midweight or Senior Designer to come and work with us in our London studio. This “special” someone needs to have some major pen to monitor skills across all modern methods with a deep passion for creativity and design. We are a full service agency so you will be comfortable working across digital and print and able to translate a campaign across different mediums.

We work as a team across all creative projects so you will excel at free flow brainstorm sessions and will be able to quickly and concisely communicate an idea to the rest of the team.

We have a detailed growth plan mapped, so there is a real opportunity to carve your own career and grow with the business. This is a full time role with the head office based in Clerkenwell area within walking distance of Farringdon and Chancery Lane tubes.

The person we are seeking will need to contribute to our concepting and campaign development, help create engaging film campaign experiences, bring brands to life.

So what does the Creative Designer role involve? You will:
  • produce creative concepts in response to clients brief and creative strategy internally outlined
  • understand the client's need to explore different options, iterate and be enthusiastic about delivering new solutions to their needs
  • collaborate seamlessly with the studio leading and assisting your fellow team members under the guidance of the Creative Director
  • diligently work with the deadlines provided by the Creative Producer and Account lead
  • manage your own time to ensure all deadlines are met
  • take any concept, whether entirely your own or the team’s, and see it through to delivery
  • Your main deliverables will include : Key Art, OOH, DOOH, Press advertising, Title Treatments, Title and credit sequences, Campaign decks, Pitch decks, AV themematics, Social creative

What you need to excel at this role:
  • You will have at 2-3 years studio / agency experience working on multiple projects concurrently without losing your eye for detail, ideally within the Entertainment Industry.
  • You have a proven track record of producing, world-class creative that connect with audiences and break through the cultural zeitgeist.
  • You will be able to wow us with your speed and skill in Adobe Creative Suite, constantly evolving these technical skills.
  • You love art and design, international TV and film content and are up to date with the entertainment marketing creative landscape and latest trends, and always looking to push creative boundaries.

In return for your role as Midweight or Senior Designer, you will receive a competitive salary of:

£28,000 - £42,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Account Manager / Studio Manager / Project Manager

At All City Media, we are a fast paced, boutique, creative agency in the Entertainment Industry with clients from L.A to Auckland.   We are looking for a special someone with exceptional client servicing and project management skills.

The role is one of those 'make it your own' roles, a hybrid of an Account Manager / Studio Manager / Project Manager. A client facing role working closely with senior management moving projects through the creative process.

We have a detailed growth plan mapped, so there is a real opportunity to carve your own career and grow with the business. This is a full time role , with the head office based in the Clerkenwell area and with flexibility to remotely occasionally once established within the company.


So what the Account/Studio Manager role involve? You will:
  • be the client’s primary point of contact - shepherding their brief through the studio
  • understand the client's need to explore different options, iterate and be enthusiastic about delivering new solutions to their needs, whilst ensuring they are within budget.
  • collaborate seamlessly with the studio leading and assisting your fellow team members under the guidance of the senior leadership.
  • negotiate & keep track of all budgets and invoicing final amounts on delivery of materials.
  • assign & schedule all tasks to the studio, making sure the design team has all the assets & information they need.
  • manage, agree costs and help brief outside vendors.
  • collect the specifications of the campaign deliverables from client and publications, to include : Key Art, OOH, DOOH, Press advertising, Title Treatments, Title and credit sequences, Campaign decks, Pitch decks, AV themematics, Social creative.
  • Studio Management to include:
    • Ordering food and drink from online supermarket
    • Managing IT / Infrastructure suppliers
    • First point of telephone and correspondence contact
    • General bill payments
    • Working with studio schedule to manage external and internal meetings
    • Scheduling team building sessions 
Experience needed to excel at this role:
  • Previous experience within a client manager, account manager, studio manager or business development manager role, ideally within the Entertainment or comparable Industry.
  • You will have a track record or juggling multiple projects concurrently without losing your eye for detail.
  • You love international TV and film content and are up to date with the entertainment marketing creative landscape and latest trends.

  • You are a natural organiser with excellent written and verbal communication skills; to listen, persuade, lead, and negotiate.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possess a high level of emotional IQ and intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong decision-making skills
  • You are level headed with an open outlook, and are open to constructive criticism. You make good commercial decisions even at times of heightened pressure

  • Knowledge / Skills in Keynote, Indesign, Photoshop would be beneficial.

£30,000 - £36,000 per annum dependent on experience.
