NEW BUSINESS DIRECTOR

Established entertainment design boutique is looking for a New Business Director.
This person will be responsible for developing new accounts by selling the company's services to local and national clients.
Energy and strong self motivation are key to succeed in this role. Entertainment agency experience required.
Travel may be required to client locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate and manage effective relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis
• Strategize with Company partners to identify prospects
• Build and maintain client databases
• Prepare internal reports on business development progress
• Negotiate and close new contracts
• Participate in industry and networking events

SKILLS:

• Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, as well as basic understanding of graphic design is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in developing new business accounts required
• Strong list of existing Studio, Television and Independent contacts
• Strong presentation skills, communications ability, and a strong work ethic
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, social media
