There's just something about the simple beauty of this poster for Alexander Payne's Nebraska. The stark black and white imagery. The light catching Dern's wild, thinning hair and the scruff on his face. We only catch a hint of his expression and yet the image speaks volumes about this character and about the tone of the film. The 70s-style credits and overall feel of the poster takes us back to a time when Bruce Dern (and the character he plays) would likely have been in their prime. A very memorable image.
